Dave's Exercise Boot-up

Back when 0-to-swole progrms filled the web, before people closed off the info and tried selling it for profit, I grabbed a bunch of the free info and synthesized it into an program to build up to 30 minutes of running, 100 pushups, 100 squats, and 200 situps.

This page lets you follow that program. Do a couple of the shown exercises each day, mark them as done, and come back to this page tomorrow to do more.


Tips:
  • Take rest days for each exercise -- I do walking/running and situps on M/W/F, pushups and squats on T/Th/Sat, with Sunday as a complete rest day.
  • Fully catch your breath between sets.
  • Don't forget to breathe while doing each exercise.
  • Bookmark this page and reload each day to see what exercises are next.
  • It is expected that you will need to repeat some days. If you don't complete one day, do it again the next time.
  • Your progress is stored in your browser - while this keeps it 100% private, it also means you'll lose it if you clear browser storage. I figure that is OK because it is a short-term program, not something you need to follow forever.
